Covalis, together with its partners, has originated, structured, and completed large infrastructure acquisitions. The core focus is on delivering value-creating solutions to complex situations, while ensuring strong alignment among all financial and non-financial stakeholders. Historical transactions include the €2.4bn acquisition of Nortegas, together with Abu Dhabi Investment Council, Swiss Life Asset Managers, and JP Morgan Asset Management; the acquisition of German renewables platform Max Solar, together with Greenvolt; and the investment in German battery storage platform Eco Stor, together with X-Elio.
